Map of the Greater Yellowstone, painted for "The Artists Field Guide to Greater Yellowstone" by Jocelyn Slack and John Wasson
This project began in 2012 as a vision to share the wonder of the natural world through local expressions of the arts. Over the past four years I have assembled a team of fifty distinguished artists, writers, and conservationists to help in this mission. The book we've made ventures deep and wide into the community of life of Greater Yellowstone.
Now, we need your help.
The Artists Field Guide to Yellowstone is being published through the non-profit Yellowstone Arts and Conservation Project, and we are raising funds to support the production and printing of this important community resource. We believe this book can inspire thoughtful conservation action and nurture artful communities.

Please be sure to indicate your donation is for “The Artists Field Guide.” (If using PayPal, this note should be made in the “special instructions to the seller” section on the final page of the PayPal donation.)
We hope you’ll consider joining us in realizing this project at the nexus of art, writing, conservation, community, education, and our beloved Greater Yellowstone. Thank you!
